Canoe rack?

Hey guys,

So I've been looking into buy a canoe rack or utility rack for my 2014 AT Sierra. I'd like something that's preferably easy to put up and take down because I'd only be using it for taking the canoe out. I have The short bed so most canoes would be hanging way out of I had the tailgate up or down. My buddy has a Thule and ran into the issue of them( could be just his) not being tall enough to clear the roof so it scratched up his roof a bit. Didn't know if anyone had any input on the subject. Thanks!

I have an older Thule rack I have adapted to 4 vehicles over the years. It has the older style feet and I got the clamp parts off ebay. Easy on and off. The newer racks are nice but the clamp section of the new Thule rack mounts under the weatherstrip and I couldn't see myself taking that on and off all the time. Yakima racks look like they mount pretty quickly.
