Noise in cab PLEASE HELP

Please help, I have a 2016 Silverado 4x4 5.3, 6 speed at, work truck version. 1300 miles, I am attaching a link to the video I made of the noise I hear in the cab. This noise only happens after completely warmed up, inside the cab, windows up, the noise will go away if I drive around town for 30 minutes but comes back if I get on the hwy for a little bit then exit, this is heard while in drive or reverse and idling. Truck has been at the dealer for 3 days. ITS NOT THE DI, lol. I hope someone can help figure this out, thank you!

It is a homing beacon, good Lord that would be annoying

Yeah my buddy said it sounds like a ufo. There were two exact same trucks two weeks ago when I bought it, of course I picked this one!
