Car stuff for pets?

I want to find something to keep my new pup in place in the truck and my sedan. Any recommendations? I was told I can get a harness but my pup is too small to fit into a harness and it still won't secure her when she's sitting shotgun.

2 Great Danes. Both are almost 1 years old so they are puppies. One is 9 months but doesn't really like car rides and when he does he only likes the sedan, the youngest and new one is currently learning to love MY car.
