Rear side markers

So I was wiring up some lights in the back of the truck and when checking everything afterwards I noticed that my side markers (I think that's what they are(Bottom most lights, bulb size194) ) flash out of sync with my turn signals. Shouldn't they flash in sync?

Negative. That is normal. Very normal. Very common a few GM vehicles. Astro, 03-07 Silverado, Saw it on some S-10s as well. I like it.
