No noise from blinker , bluetooth, door open

So when i open my door I can't hear the beeping noise anymore as well as my blinker and my bluetooth. U can hear it very slightly only if you put your ear close to the speakers. Need to take this back to the audio shopen because they did my stereo. But does anyone know why this would have happened?

So, you have some kind of truck or car. Some kind of aftermarket radio. And some unknown options. Let me get my magic wand out.

Oh crap lol 2016 sierra regular cab stock radio with two amps.one for subs and one for speakers.

Found the problem. My sound guy deleted the wire when he installed my amplifier
