un even tosion bars need help

I put a 4 inch non torsion drop lift on my silverado and the torsion bar on passenger side sticks further threw the torsion bar brackey then.the driver side could it be because the torsion bar on driver side is from a 04 and pass is from a 99 the one thats from a 99 was on a lifted torsion drop truck beforebut seem to be same size but its sketchy thought maybe frame was bent but everything bolted up amd bolt holes lined up so im lost need help thanks

Was the torsion bar from a 1999 or the lift kit? Or did you have to get a new bar for the passenger side before you put the lift in? What year is your truck?

It was from a 99 and driver side is new and my truck is a 04 single cab short bed
