reverse/back up lights

What bulbs can I replace my stock reverse light bulbs with? The stockers just don't cut it. I searched the forum, but couldn't find the right post.

Ryan, I bet you have them memorized!

I made use of my additional room for switches next to the airbag shutoff by getting the 4 pod housing and 2 switches...1 powers the Hella 550's on the grille guard, the other runs the KC Backup lights which are mounted to the tubing for the hitch receiver. What a difference.

Check this product out. I've had mine for about 2 years now. It looks great, installs simply, and gives you more light than you know what to do with.

Those products are nice, but I actually ordered my truck at the dealer and chose each option I wanted. And apparently I'm not the brighest sort because I neglected to check off on the towing option. I still can't believe I missed it, but then again I never tow anything. So, I don't have the hitch for that White Night product to mount over. Not sure if I want to mount lights under the bumper or anywhere like that.

I have been trying to find the factory style hitch to add to my truck, but they seem to be a hot commodity.

What I want is replacement bulbs for my reverse lights. Someone on the forum posted a part # not too long ago, but I can't find it through searching.

Your quite welcome. No, I havn't tried them, but have always thought about getting them. I originally thought they might be to hot and melt the lenses, but then thought that your never really in reverse for a long time (usually), so...???

Let us know how they are if you try them.
