Battery draw

Ok guys have a 2006 Silverado 2500 HD diesel. My is when the truck is off and in park Battery light and gear light are on. Also key is out. Draining my battery. Took it to mechanic he had it for 2 days couldn't find problem. He said he checked cluster ignition switch and alternator. Need help thanks

You need to find which circuit has the draw. Hook up your test meter per the instructions in the link below. You should see the current draw on the test meter. Then start pulling fuses until it goes away. That's the circuit that has the problem. You'll then have toisolate individual components until you find the one. Good luck.

Battery draw. Ok fellas problem solved. It was a bad body control module!!!
