2016 Armrest USB ports and 12v stopped working

1,400 miles the usb's and 12v worked inside the armrest (full console model - no bench seat). today both ports and the 12v stopped working. tried several devices and chords. they all work in the dash USB's still.

 

Any ideas? Fuse, or maybe just a wiring harness came unplugged inside the console? the wireless charging pad still has power. tried restarting the truck, but that didn't do anything.

Did you check the fuse? In drivers panel check 10 and 11 one is RAP one is always on check both and your diagram on cover.

It was getting dark and the mosquitoes were hungry. going to have to take a look at the fuses tomorrow.

You have a warranty no? Let the dealer figure it out.

Dealer ordered a new usb port. Wasn't the fuse.
