Issues with BT streaming audio

My Bluetooth streaming audio has never worked reliably. When I first got the truck the Pandora app would work successfully about 60% of the time, but I had better luck listening to Pandora or other media through the "media" button. I would occasionally have to disconnect and repair my phone, open and close apps on my phone, ect. There was never a reliable solution that made it work every time. It was just a crap shoot of smashing buttons until something good happened.

 

As of a few days ago my BT streaming doesn't work at all, no matter what I do, or what app I'm running. My Bluetooth connection is fine, and still works for phone calls and texts. However, when I try to play music, it plays from the speakers on my phone rather than through the stereo. The buttons on the intellilink screen will still control the audio : pause, play, next track, ect will control how whatever app I'm using functions, but I cannot get the audio to play through the speakers of the truck.

 

Can anyone help with this? Phone is Moto Nexus 6.
