275/70R18 on 2014 with RC 2 inch Level ?

I have searched for 5 days now trying to figure out tire sizes for my 2014 Silverado double cab, I am going to run my stock OEM 18 inch rims, and have got my Rough Country 2 inch level in hand.

I know from my research so far the 285/65/18 will fit without rubbing, but with that said I have seen a few that are running the 275/70/18 as well, from my price checking around the 275's are going to end up being almost $200 cheaper than the 285's

Problem is every one I have found through searching that has the 275's with a 2 inch level does not state if they had any rubbing issues.

So with that said are any of you running the 275/70/18 on stock 18 rims with a 2 inch level kit ?

Did you have to trim ?

Was there any rubbing ?

From all the pics I have seen I honestly can't tell a bunch of difference in the look and stance of either size tire, and I would rather not do any cutting or trimming to my truck, but honestly if I can save $200 to $ 300 dollars on total cost of tires by going with the 275's at this point and time I need to save that extra money !

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated !!!!

Had the exact same setup on my 2011 when I had it. Leveled with 275/70/18 bfg ko2s and it only rubbed when I cranked it all the way left or right while backing up. I'd say pull the trigger amigo

Does anyone know the offsets of this OEM 18" wheel? I have a black 18" looking for as well.

How do you like the tires? White letters worth it? Looking at same setup, except with Bilstein.

I LOVE the tires. These new BFGs ride so well. They're quiet, look aggressive and handle really well off-road. The designed these really well.

I do think I personally prefer the 285/65/18 size over the 275/70. But that's just personal opinion. My cousin was talking to me about my truck and doesn't agree with me, he thinks this size is perfect.

That would make the tires 32.6" ILO 33.2". Thanks for the advice, but I think I'd still prefer a taller tire for less rock throw instead of wider.

295/65/18 would be a true 33". Appreciate the other info!

I just traded this in, but I had an RC 2" level with 275/70/r18 Toyo Open Country AT2's on my stock 18" wheel.......absolutely no rubbing
