strange jerking issue

Ive had an intermiddent issue for about 3 months now, but it's getting close to undrivable

Its a 2002 suburban with a 5.3

At first from a dead stop there would be a bit of jerking and that lasted for 2 weeks then went away. Then cruising at highway speeds(55 or higher) it would randomly jerk, maybe once a trip. Then it started doing it every few seconds. Then I went 2 weeks with no issues.

Finally this week, every time I went over 50-55 mph it would jerk hard every 2 seconds or so and I finally got some CELs to scan.

P0343 - Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit High Input (Bank 1)

P0342 -Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Low (Bank 1)

P0336 - Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance

Also along with the jerking the car will randomly stop responding to the gas pedal for 4-6 seconds, it will just start slowing down and then the rpms will drop to where it almost stalls, then(if im holding the gas) it will shoot back to life and start responding again.

Ive changed the camshaft position sensor with one off of a working motor so far. Still getting the jerk.

Any ideas? I appreciate all help as this is my only running vehicle at the moment

I’ve got a 99’ Silverado and it has similar problems on the freeway, with the jerking. But with hard starts mainly. I replaced the Crank sensor With no avail.

P0343

I’m going to replace the crank position sensor Connector. And check the wiring to the ecm I believe.
if that doesn’t work, then I need to probably replace the fuel pump.

if anyone else has fixed this please let me know.
