Save yourself the time and trouble and go with a an aftermarket option for $30-100 bucks depending if you want gel cushioning and massage and other stuff as well.

There are a whole lot of options and many will heat better than a oem option, there are also ones that now have cooling/fan though I am not sure how well they work but oem cooled seats are not super great either.

That said anything is possible really but I imagine you would be looking at a couple grand minimum to put in OEM. I look at it as an option similar to nav these days it is kind of outdated and aftermarket can do better for cheaper.

You can hard wire any 12 accessory and add a switch really. Pretty much same way you did the lights just find an RAC fuse or wire to tap into and run an inline fuse and switch whenever you like. There are likly even empty fuses in your fuse panel that are powered with RAC or Always on. ex) if you dont have heated seats stock there is still a fuse slot for that it is just empty and you can test with a multi meter to see which have power when accessories are on.

Good luck. If you do any wiring just make sure you know how or have help. That stuff is unchanged for a long long time so lots of videos and instructionals but since you have a light and switch I am assuming you know all this.
