That is a serious increase...Given how well the LML performed compared to the competition, this should no doubt be the best performer in the class.

Can't wait to see what the tuning companies can make these trucks put out.. LML's were putting out 500hp + with a tune!

Personally, I think the more HP/Torque they gain, the less reliable they will be... With the competition increasing their performance numbers, GM had to do something. I chose to buy an LML instead of waiting a couple months because i know they're pretty proven engines. I got a first year 14 and i told myself i would never buy another first year anything after all the issues i had.

Probably a good choice...LML has been solid and has proven to be competitive and even outperform the trucks that look stronger on paper.

When the LML was released, word was that pretty much every part on it was new. I'd expect they've done the same thing again to achieve the near 20% torque increase. Hopefully there will be lots of additional info when the do the formal release at the Texas State Fair.
