Passanger Side Headlight Out (most of the time)

Has anyone had issues with their passenger side headlight?

 

Mine keeps randomly going out.

Had HID installed years ago, replaced them all, new caps, new ballasts, new bulbs, same problem

 

Any suggestions or experience?

If you still have the hids in, I'd try swapping back to halogen to see if it still happens. I've had ballasts that work intermittently before. But you've replaced that.

 

Do you run another harness for the hids or do you power them right from the factory wiring? If you're using the factory wiring, using a relay and powering them right from the battery would probably solve the problem if it's a problem with the truck. You can use the driver side to trigger the relay.
