I had a bad experience with them!!

First my wheels arrive and one of them on the bottom of the stack, had a nail from the shipping palate going into the sidewall. Getting in touch with anyone there in their "customer service" department was nearly impossible. I finally got someone and they agreed to credit me the cost of the tire and the mounting so I could go to a local shop, as they could not get a new tire to me in a reasonable timeframe. so I went local and they had the tire in stock and got me all set

Then about 50 miles later, the valve stem on one of the tires got sucked back INSIDE the wheel, because it wasn't installed right and the tire went flat while doing 80 down the interstate. The tire was junk and it tore up the TPMS sensor inside etc.

They insisted that I send them back the tire and the sensor and valve stem(what was left) before they would do anything. After receiving it they finally sent me a new tire and I had to go back to the local shop to have it mounted and balanced.

then about 300 miles later, the wheel weights fell off one of their other original wheel/tires. they eventually credit me back the costs of all this hassle, but it was a bear to get it done.

Upon the original order, they also said they were sending me decals and a nice hoodie sweatshirt with the wheel package, not that it is important, but never got that either.

Next time I will pay a little more to go to a reputable local shop
