gmc savanah door locks blowing out my pioneer supertuner

I owned a 2005 gmc savanah for 10 years. I installed a supertuner, with a bazooka tube amp/sub. After i installed it, i would unlock my doors with the stereo on, and it would go off. i had to disconnect power to reset it. never blew low voltage fuses that i installed between stereo and amp, and fuse in head unit. Fast forward to now.....I own a 2015 savanah, new supertuner, and new bazooka, WITH gmc wiring harness that cost $150. Im jammin to my first job, pull up. and turn my van off. I go to leave.....NO RADIO!!!! I have found if the stereo is running a while, and the door lock actuates it blows. had to disconnect battery to reset...again. no blown fuses. i have to turn my frigging stereo off before i place my van in park, because p actuates door locks.....IM GOING INSANE!!!!!! Please help
