Our troops

Our troops on the ground supporting Operation Anaconda are doing some tough work under tough circumstances.  Several have been killed or injured in the last few days.  Lets all keep them in our thought and prayers.

they are really brave people who are risking their lives so that we can live ours, and i am very grateful for that

 

 

operation anaconda, sounds like the anaconda plan used during the civil war by the union to take over the mississippi river and control confederate ports...i wonder if thats where the operation anaconda name came from

I agree with the sentiments here - keep all our troops in our thoughts

 

I saw part of an interview today on CNN, I think, talking with the parents of one of the troops who died recently.  The Father said his son died doing what he loved and what he believed in, and the son knew he was well-trained, ready, and surrounded by the best people in the world for this kind of job.  Made me sad but proud too.

I'm very thankful for and proud of all the men and women who serve this country so that we can all be free.  My thoughts and prayers go out to them all the time.

I am very proud and honored that I will be serving alongside these and all of our brave military personnel as soon as I complete ROTC.

OUr military is the greatest in the world and have no fear, after what they did to a bunch of our best, they will pay the ultimate price.

 

As we sit here on this, due to our carpet, bunker busters and daisy cutter bombing, we've wiped out around 500 of them in one fell swoop.  What other country in the world (aside from the U.S.S.R.) comes up with such creative weaponry to kill dirtbags.  

 

If they aren't being turned into kibble by our smart bombs (smarter than them I may add), they are being smoked out of their mud huts and caves, and when they poke their turbans out of the hole they are getting picked off one by one by our snipers!  It's truly a thing of beauty.
