2002 2500 4/4 with 4l80e just built

I just built a 4l80e and now only gears it has are 1,2,3. 4th and rev it feels like it trys to go but it slips. And its also making a whining sound like the pump. Its got a new convertor in it and the pump looked good when I took it apart

Any ideas on what could be wrong

Sounds exactly like a pump. You might be able to find a he man pump for $300 or so. Why was the Transmission rebuilt. What Parts were used to rebuild it OEM or after market cheap stuff?
