Air Cooled Seats - Bad fan bearing?

I just picked up a 2016 Silverado High Country and noticed that sometimes when using the air cooled seats, I start to hear a loud pitched grinding/vibrating noise. Sounds to me like a bad fan bearing of some sort.

 

Anyone know about this issue or experienced it? It doesn't happen all the time but it does happen more often than not.

Fairly common. Let the dealer fix it. Most people ignore it.

I just had my seat blower motor replaced because it would start to get loud after running for about 10 minutes or so. It is nice and quiet now, all I hear is the sound of moving air.

Just so you know, the 2016 seats are ventilated, but not cooled.
