Hiss / Pop during chime

Previous owner installed this Pioneer head unit (I do have Bose). Sounds really nice, except for the fact that when the car chime goes off (for seatbelt, door open, whatever) it makes a pop and loud hiss while it's chiming, definitely doesn't sound right and I want to fix it so the tweeters don't get blown out. Anyone know how to fix this or turn the chime volume down somehow?

In oem configuration, does the chime come thru the main speakers?

Pulled my radio out.... found all this crap in there, maybe something to do with it.
