2016 SLE-SLT Headlight swap

So I have an oddly optioned(on lot, not ordered) 2016 crew cab 5.3 4x4 All Terrain. Even though its an SLT, it came with SLE headlights. So I have the version with the incandescent turn signal. I know this has probably been discussed, but i cannot find the posts. Has anyone converted their 16+ SLE headlights to the SLT. If so, please list details.Thanks guys!

LED headlights are an option on SLT, not standard. You should be able to swap them out with minimal wire re-pin, although i don't have any info on that. I know it is as simple as that to go from 14-15 SLT to 16 LED headlights to I assume it would be the same for 16 HID to LED.

And were are also required an SLE if the GAT is ordered. (at least later in the model year)

Early in the 2016 MY year if you bought an SLT you were forced to have the LED's, but it still showed as an extra cost option -- my truck was one of these.
