Your bit 10 has summing mode. So you only seeded 1 set of signal inputs

The bit 1 isn't needed. I only need 6ch. If I was running 4 way active with sub then I'd consider the bit 1

Yes but I didn't install it right away, I ran my amp on hi level inputs so the inputs were already there to connect to the bit ten.

You wont be disappointed in it that's for sure. I'm going to be adding my sub this month, amp is at my house already. Love the new soundstream rubicon nano stuff.

If you don't mind spending a little more I'd look into the new dd amps. I'm actually going to be running everything off of the new dd 5ch

I like DD, I've just had great luck with Soundstream and the RN amps have such a small footprint.

One thing in particular I would like to change on mine is to rewire the dash speakers to run direct off the HU. Should be fairly straight forward, route new speaker wiring for both channels up through dash on passenger side and them across the dash.

You could do this, just need to go with a speaker that runs on a lower RMS wattage. Any of the bigger magnets are gonna take more power to get it moving.
