Not really, I purchase the smaller power fold mirrors first.Then had them swamp over .No need for harnesses it was

plug and play, no additional programming needed.

can you confirm if these would be plug and play for the 2014 silverado high country? or do they require the new wire harnesses and programming?

You would need the harness. A member on this forum has the harness for sale that you would need for the

change over. I really don't know the answer regarding programming the mirrors.
