ignition noise when turning off

hi guys im new here this is my first post so my question is what is making my truck make this buzzing sound when i turn off my truck. my truck is a silverado 2008 worktruck 4.3l extended can 94000 miles heres a video can anybody help thank you.

cool thanks.. do you somehow know if the noise i have is normal or is something wrong with my ignition or something else under my hood?

That sounds like your fuel gauge stepper motor going bad. Try to see if the noise follows the gauge movement. Observe if you have more noise when tank is full and less when tank is empty.

No problem, not a big job for me! But it's only noisy, it hasn't failed yet. It could remain noisy for months before it actually fails.

 

These motors cost about $15 USd or you could get a junkyard cluster.
