Didn't get a chance to read it much, but sounds like Chevy took the backseat on this one.

Doesn't suprise me. For what it cost it should have more balls.

I dunno. The Silv SS beat the Dodge 0-60 & 1/4 mile and had alot better 60-0 braking times than either the Ford or Dodge. Considering the Chevy weighed 500 to 600lbs more than the other two I'd say it did ok performance wise but it is the most expensive of the three.

 

Don't forget too-Ram and the F150 they tested are both 2wd models while the Silverado was AWD. Plus the Ram is so stupid looking with that giant grill I'd buy the Ford or Chevy even if the Dodge wasn't the slowest of the three!

The F-150 and Dodge must have some serious traction issues because the both have close to 100hp more the Slippery Sponge!

I saw an SS last Sunday and I was not impressed. The sticker was over $40,000. it wasn't even half the truck I bought for $9000.00 less.

Im not impressed with the SS .

I think the 454 ss from about 10-12 yrs ago would whip this new one
