Looking to get an i2 tuner any advice on where to buy it from? And does this lew work for them or does he have his own site where he sells the tuner? Would like to be able to talk with him on the phone and ask a few questions.

you can forget about talking to any of these tuners on the phone... none of them do it. It's sucks, but the way it is.
