ACC on / ACC off - Same as Retained Accessory Power (RAP)?

As the title says, I am curious if an ACC On/ACC off signal is essentially a switched 12V signal?

Needing to find a source in the driver side door panel. Based on the schematics, I don't see one present.

If so, I guess I need to run a wire from the left side fuse panel to the door. Hoping I can use an unoccupied pin slot in the X500 door jamb connector to avoid fishing wire through.

What are you trying to wire? An REM to an amp?

I've got an aftermarket mirror fold module. It is wired up now and is working. It will currently fold/unfold the mirrors when the door lock actuators open/close.

This is what it says for the ACC On/Off Signal.

"If ACC on, the system shall be disabled automatically to ensure driving safety. Only the original side mirror switch can fold or unfold the side mirror".

So... when I unlock with the FOB, mirrors unfold. I get in the truck, shot the door and start the truck. When I shift into gear, the doors lock, mirrors fold in. It is not disabled because the ACC On/Off signal is not connected.

Maybe I'm over complicating it in my head. But I have a amp installed and for the REM I researched how I can turn it off when the vehicle is off. For this I found an un-used pin under the dash, in the fuse/relay box. Stays on until the ignition is turned completely off AND the driver's door is opened.

The module is behind the driver's door panel. I was hoping to have a circuit somewhere behind there so I don't have to run a wire to the door and through the boot in the door jam.
