Rancho level /4inch lift.... Which 4inch?

Searching for which Rancho 4 inch is the right number. When I did the search on Rancho's site it showed a level kit and two 4inch kits that would fit my 2016 silverado 2500hd. What is the difference between the two because to me the end result is the same?

RS6554B is the one I had installed last week. I had Les Schwab install my lift, as they've always done a great job on my lifts, and the manager there called Rancho directly to ask about which lift is which/better. The RS6554B keeps the torsion bars tucked up out of the way, and the RS6564B drops them and they're kind of hanging down exposed. As a matter of fact, it's almost impossible to locate the RS6564B currently, and they may not keep making them (is what Rancho said). So you know, the Rancho 4" lift, is actually 5" up front, and a 3" out back. My truck has 13" between the top of the tire and the fender well and I am running 35's.
