Issues presetting xm radio channels

Cannot preset xm channels after replacing truck battery. Radio works fine otherwise and FM channels preset fine. Help please. Thx

Do you get the xm channels otherwise? If not xm might have to reset your account.

Yes, channels work fine, just can't save as preset

Try contacting XM. I've done that previously to have them re-send the signal/reset it with a different issue. Worth a shot.

Could try disconnecting the battery again for a little while and reconnect it.
