2017 Black "skid plate" (front lower piece in the middle) dont

I'm trying to find out what the part number is for what GM calls the skid plate in the front lower valance area. I want the one on the black out edition. I have a white Z71 double cab with painted bumpers, and do not want the chrome piece that is currently there. Does the black out edition just have a bolt on plastic cover that goes over what is there, or is it a 1 piece lower plastic valance? Dealership has been no help so far.

On GM Parts Direct they show the same part number on LT and LTZ trims even though the LTZ version is chrome.
