New BB tune/AFM question

I have read on here where some of you guys have the AFM set to turn on at highway speeds, say above 60 mph, and off at lower speeds. I was thinking that I would have it on while at lower speeds for city driving like from 35 to 50 MPH and off at highway speeds, above 65MPH. Is it just preference or is there something I'm not thinking of as far as benefits to having it on at higher speeds and off at lower speeds. Getting ready to send BB my stock recorded results so I thought I'd ask before I tell them what I want to adjust.

Thanks.

With AFM ON at low speeds, my transmission seemed to lug around and get caught in the lower gears trying to shift/stutter.

Now I have AFM off completely, and I have a separate tune for traveling that turns AFM mode on. I'd stay w/ AFM mode on @ 60 MPH+
