Since everyone so far as the in channel I just wanted to say I have the external mount EGR rain guards. Look great and have held up well so far.

Since everyone so far as the in channel I just wanted to say I have the external mount EGR rain guards. Look great and have held up well so far.

 

Had exterior Lund vent visors on my 1999 F150 and they still stuck after 18 years and added the exterior GM OEM EGR on the front for this truck. I don't anticipate any issues with them either after installation on clean surfaces. We have Lund exterior visors installed on my wife's 2012 Toyota Highlander. and they are still tighter than a bull's ass after 5 years.

I'm in the market for some now. I had in channel on my last truck. I noticed that sand/dirt scratched the windows top edge.

Anyone else have this issue?

This is why I'm thinking of getting the stick on's this time around.

This is a common issue with the in-channel. Stick-ons work well if prepared correctly but not in this freezing weather in NE!
