I'm thinking about procharging my 2010 Sierra Z71 4x4 5.3. It already has a dyno tune and cold air intake and exhaust. I would like some input from other Sierra and Sliverado owners. Any helpful comments or suggestions will help out

Not sure what kind of info your seeking, I've used Vortec and whipple. Both worked as advertised. As long as you don't go crazy and your engine is in good shape you should have a great time with it.

Info as in like: anyone used a P1-SC or a D1-SC? Is it worth getting and is the power gain as advertised. how many lbs of boost did you run? My new engine is some what new has 30,000 had the tune and intake since about 15,000. Don't beat on ever since i got the new motor. Not many runs around our town unless i go to Houston. But rarely gets beaten on.

I'm occasionally hard on every vehicle I've owed. My latest S/C ride is 25 years old with a whipple running 10LBs of boost. It's built for it and has safeguards. The websites of the S/C for your vehicle will instruct you on the safe use of its product.
