Front License Plate Holder Install

Purchased a 2017 Silverado in Dallas, drove home and realized there was no front plate bracket installed. I live 5 hours from the dealership I purchased from. I got them to ship me the bracket and hardware which arrived today.

 

Has anyone installed this? I looks like it requires some drilling and the rivets look pretty stout. Wondering if I need to try and get a local dealer to install this thing.

I would have the selling dealer call the dealer nearest you to have them set up an appointment for you.

I used two screws in the top holes and rivets in the lower ones due to me not owning a rivet gun with the long nose. Took all of 10 mins.
