Normal tick

This video is under my truck where it sounds the worst. Fine when started but it's a warm/hot idle tick. Looking at engine bay, it's not that loud

ticks are usually ok - a KNOCK is not

if you tick gets louder in the future then you have a problem ... to check out

lots of trucks are for sale because the owner thought the tick was getting louder ...

I seemed to have hit the sweet spot with Mobil 1 5w30 and an ACDelco PF63E filter. My truck kind of quieted down. I do get the piston slap when cold starting, but it leaves usually 5 +/- seconds.
