Soft cloth car wash?

It's winter here and still cold but my truck needs a good wash. Anyone try one of those soft cloth / light touch car washes with good results (i.e. no scratches)?

 

I know hand washing is best, but that's not happening this time.

I have used the no touch washes throughout the winter. I found that a local Shell station seems to have the best overall wash when it comes to gas station car washes. Not all Shell washes are good, some leave a residue and spots especially if the water freezes on the surface after leaving. I never use the soft cloth after I watched a mudder pickup go through. I doubt the cloth fingers were ever clean again. Maybe it doesn't matter as the paint takes a real beating up here with all the salt and brine, but at least I feel it isn't as bad.
