Hi guys and gals!

Tomorrow i pick up a 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche to test out from GM.

Since this is your site, i want to know if anyone has any specific matters that you would like us to address in a review.  Also, anything that you would want us to take pictures of, or to test out.

We will make extra sure to address everything that people mention in this thread!!  :D

I'd like to see pictures of an Av catching some air - all four wheels coming over a dune.  I need some new wallpaper for work!

Hehe, just make it tough...  :D

I'll do my best, but i'm not sure GM would like the "air" picture. I don't even think we have anywhere around here to even do that....oh dang, now you have me thinking....  :D

I'd like to see some good shots of the interior, bedside compartments, shot from the inside and outside w/ the midgate down, etc... Just stuff you don't normally see of it.

No problem!!  :D

How about going down some real dusty roads with the backend open to see how much dust gets in the cab?

Couple of things I'd like to see.....

-With the Mid gate between the passenger area and the "Business end" in place, and with the plastic cover on the bed, I want to see pics of somebody standing on the cover and seeing if it'll break.

Also in the same "mode", I want to see how easy\hard it is to  break into the back window, and see if it could be done.

This may be out f the question, but I also want to see how well that cladding will stand up. So I want to see pics of it hitting an immoveable object at a slow crawl (not too hard now ;) ).

That's about it from me. :D

Geez Jeremy, I'm starting to think you have more to do w/ all the cars your mom goes through then she does.

Why don't you just have Zane film while josh goes at it w/ a baseball bat :baa:

Good Lord General!  This is a free vehicle they get to use, I'm thinking if they start trying to break stuff on it any hope if getting another may be dashed.

How about you go down to your friendly local GM dealer with a sledge hammer and check a few of these things out?
