Towing speed limit is 55 MPH, gas is expensive, traffic is bad, and depending upon your destination, parking may be expensive or simply not possible with the trailer.

 

 

ahhhhh yes mark. i never said it was a weight station. its an agricultural checkpoint. my roommate moved to los angeles and went through it in his escalade pulling a 6x12 uhaul. they make any one with a trailer of any kind pull over and look through it.

 

 

I towed through the checkpoint and didn't get any check beyond what everyone else without a trailer got. I was towing a vehicle on an open trailer.
