2015 Radio issue

i have a problem with my radio, i think. i have some presets saved already,and there are still blank spaces. all of a sudden i can t preset any more channels. when i pick a channel and keep pushing on the button,it doesnt save the channel. anyone had this issue? thanks

If you "keep pushing on the button" you do have a problem. Hold down the button for 2 or 3 seconds and it will save.

nope, i tried holding down for 2 to 3 secs even a little more and still nothing. when i first did some of the presets originally it did work. now when i hold it down the button changes to blue color real quick and then goes back to that gray color. no beep like before

it only does this on the xm channels. i just tried on fm and i was able to preset 1.

Do you have a subscription to XM?

Disconnect the battery and truly reset the radio. It will keep the presets but it should correct the issue.

Anthony,thank you for the reply, i just went yesterday to my dealer. they had to reprogram the radio and do a software update. so far all is working as designed. Ray
