I purchased from Gen5DIY 2016/17 OEM GM HID headlamp assembly complete with a wiring harness to fit my 2015 Sierra 2500 Denali HD. I got tired of the aftermarket ballasts failing. I now plan to trade my truck and don't need them. I just received them two weeks ago so they are still in the boxes and packaging. Looks very simple to install the harness and Gen5DIY has online instructions. The headlamp assemblies are 2016/17 GM parts for the 3/4 ton Sierra trucks (not the 1/2 ton as listed on their site) including the bulb, ballas, and wiring harness. Price $1400 plus shipping.
