Looking for opinions on new front struts for my 72,000 miles 2012 GMC Sierra 1/2 ton crew cab 4x2.

Saw that Monroe now sells a complete assembly too. I figured this would save me a step at home in the driveway & make installation easy.

 

I've leveled the rear of my truck with 2" shackles so I'm going with a twin tube Street & Performance rear shock set. I've had get luck with those in the past, but my front end is all OE.

 

Just thought I'd ask others who have already been here before. My truck rarely leaves pavement & I really don't need a stiff or harsh ride...

Well, I found a really good buy thru "autoanything.com" on the rear Belltech Street & Performance shocks.

 

I guess I'll just buy the lifetime warranty AC Delco front strut replacements. I found these available as a "loaded" complete assembly. I found a great deal on these too...
