Front end alignment 2017 sierra

Yeah I just slapped my 2.5 rc levelling kit in and took it to a local alignment shop. They told me they cannot guarantee the alignment as their machine apparently only goes up to 2016. Now the 17, and 16 look the same but they said if I don't care about the guarantee they can do it off the 16 specs. I have the stock tires on it for now so I don't really care. But is it ok you think for me to go ahead with the alignment based off a 16 sierra? and then once I get the new rubber find a shop that can do up to a 17 or what? Any difference? My level kit said 16-17 stamped steel control arms in the instructions so it's gotta be the same right? Thanks

I called rough country and they said base it off the 16. FYI
