Additional First Year Maintenance Items

A couple of other items I found to lubricate are:

 

Transmission Shift Linkage

Transfer Case Shift Linkage

Parking Brake Cable Guides

 

Can anyone tell me where these are? Do they have zerks or should I just use some motor oil from an oil can?

Here is something from the past:

Lube points
