I found this online..............The Bluetooth Hands Free system is available in English, French, or Spanish. To change the language, follow these steps: 1. Press and hold the Phone Send button for at least five seconds. 2. After being prompted by the system, press the Phone End button. 3. If the system is currently in English, press Phone Send to choose Spanish, or Phone End to choose French. If the system is currently in Spanish, press Phone Send to choose English, or Phone End to choose French. If the system is currently in French, press Phone Send to choose English, or Phone End to choose Spanish.

If that doesn't work, years ago a friend of mine had the same problem. He ended up calling Onstar and they fixed it.

Hope this helps.....

Hands free prompts aren't going to be that useful. Haha. I tried learning German using Rosetta Stone but didn't get very far. A smartphone app called DuoLingo was more helpful but I still hit a wall eventually with it.
