Bilsteins adjustable shocks NNBS

First time posting but I've got a 2011 Silverado 4x4 and recently just got some adjustable bilstein shocks. Was wondering if any of y'all had any problems with them I'm kinda worried about them affecting my alignment. Should I change other suspension components or would it be ok. Any info will help a lot thanks

I have them on my Silverado, and absolutely love them. No problems so far, and they are set to the highest setting. I also know people who have the same way plus using the rough country lower truck spacer while still using the factory control arms and ball joints. When the front end gets lifted by either this adjustable strut or strut spacer the truck's toe gets pinched inword, you will need an alignment.

I have has them on the front of my 2012 for over a year. Ride quality was improved, they really soak up the bumps. No alignment required if that's all ya do. i'm on the highest setting as well...
