Zone 4.5 inch lift

Hey guys I've pretty much decided on getting the Zone 4.5 inch lift kit. However, I'm a little concerned about putting a 4 inch block in the rear that comes with the kit because of axle wrap. I've heard that add a leafs can help prevent it so is this the right way to go?

Why do you want a 4" lift? You get 1" more tire than a 2" level. I'm not trolling, just curious what I'm missing with these 4" lifts.

It's a 4.5 inch lift that I'm putting 295 60 r20 (34) Ridge Grapplers on and 6 inches is too much for practical use for me.

Ok.. I have 34" tires on my 2" RC. That's why I ask. I am worried about going higher because I tow a few times. I've never rubber, but my tires are only 11" wide.

I wasn't trying to piss you off. I've seen many people go after these 4" lifts. I never understood why. Tire size is a "meh" compromise because you can fit a 35" tire in there. I was hoping that the ride quality was fantastic over oem with blocks.

So to answer your question, no contribution. Good luck with your lift conquest.

with the Zone 4.5" you'll get closer to 6" total lift including tires. I was about 36.5"F before and 42.5"F after

You could try the smaller 3" block or get a new leaf spring pack. How much and how heavy do you tow?

I don't tow at all.

A solution to your axle wrap concerns with the 4" blocks would be traction bars...I plan on going that route when I do my lift.

Thanks! Are they an option for the zone 4.5 inch kit? Or do I buy they separate?

You would have to purchase them separately...Rough country sells them...I found a guy that sells them but they're on my Facebook group...

if you don't tow at all you don't really need to worry about axle wrap with a 4" block
