Best Aftermarket Alarm

I would get a factory alarm but the dealer wants $500 total (for install and equipment.) That's just total bs. So what's the best one for under $300? (total) I want to get it installed a Best Buy.

 

Anyone ever got one installed there? Isn't there a good chance it will void the warranty?  I know they have to prove something aftermarket caused a problem, but still.

Personally I'd go to your local alarm shop and see what they have to offer.  If you want a remote starter and alarm get the top of the line Viper, or anything Viper, I've heard very good things about them.
