Mcgauphys Lift Problems

So... I should've done more research on Mcgauphy's before purchasing my lift. I recently bought the basic economy kit (7in) and have heard mostly bad reviews about their struts and bushing. Since I'm deployed right now (US ARMY) I had my kit shipped to my place but when the boxes showed up they looked destroyed. Should I go ahead buy new struts and bushing in place of the originals? If so what kind? Simply because I need my truck everyday and don't want to deal with going in and out of shops paying for labor.

It would appear you've alreday completed the install. Unless you're actually having problems, run it. Just because some else had issues, doesn't necessarily mean you will.

MY bad wrong picture, but Ive heard a lot of problems with bushing and struts from Mcgauphys so I'm wondering what everyone has been using. I may look into buying aftermarket struts just so I don't have to deal with my truck being down for a few days and labor costs. If anyone has any thoughts that would be appreciated.
