Overheat issue

I had a hose blow out. The 350 gas engine overheated but I shut it off as soon as I saw the gauge

Let it cool, replaced the hose.

Now it has poor power. It didn't run hot for more then a minute.

Any help please????

You have to do the basics first before you just start changing parts.

What are we dealing with??? Year, what hose blew, etc???
